Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how DineNodo delivers digital products and services purchased on dinenodo.com. We do not sell or ship physical merchandise through this website.

1. No physical shipping

DineNodo does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, courier tracking numbers, or delivery addresses required for our digital products. All products are software access delivered online.

2. Restaurant platform access plans

When a restaurant owner buys a prepaid access plan on our Pricing page (for example, 1-day, 3-day, 4-day, 15-day, or monthly access):

• Delivery is electronic and immediate after successful payment.
• Access to the restaurant manager portal (QR ordering, digital menus, and management tools) is activated on your logged-in account for the duration of the plan you purchased.
• The remaining access period is shown inside your manager portal.
• If payment succeeds but your access does not activate within a reasonable time, email support@dinenodo.com with your payment reference; our webhook and support team can reconcile delivery.

3. AI menu setup included with a plan

Restaurant owners on an active plan can use our AI menu setup tools (menu extraction from uploaded photos and product image generation) at no extra charge. These tools are delivered online inside the manager portal — no separate download is required.

4. Restaurant platform software

QR ordering, digital menus, and manager tools for restaurants are delivered as hosted software and configuration on DineNodo infrastructure (or as agreed in your contract). Onboarding timelines, training, and go-live dates are agreed as needed — see Pricing and Contact.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep dinenodo.com and the manager portal available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or outages may delay access temporarily; paid access periods are honoured according to our terms.
