Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to prepaid digital products sold on dinenodo.com, including DineNodo Assistant message credits and related digital services. By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital products (no physical goods)
DineNodo sells prepaid message credits for the DineNodo Dining Assistant and may sell restaurant software subscriptions or licences under separate written agreements. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices for assistant message packs are displayed on /assistant/credits/ before checkout (amount in INR). Restaurant platform pricing is described on our Pricing page; commercial terms for paid licences are confirmed in writing.
Payments are processed through our payment gateway on dinenodo.com. You will receive confirmation when payment succeeds and credits are added to your account balance.
3. Delivery
Message credits are delivered instantly to your DineNodo Assistant account after successful payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
4. Cancellations before use
Because credits are delivered immediately, you cannot “cancel” a completed purchase in the sense of stopping delivery. If payment failed or was duplicated, contact us promptly with your payment reference.
5. Refunds
Unused message credits: If you purchased assistant message credits in error and no credits from that purchase have been consumed, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment by emailing support@dinenodo.com with your account email and payment / order ID.
Partially or fully used credits: We do not refund credits that have already been used to send assistant messages, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a technical error on our side.
Restaurant software / enterprise agreements: Refunds for trial extensions, subscriptions, or licence fees follow the terms in your order form or master agreement.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after approval).
