Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how DineNodo delivers digital products and services purchased on dinenodo.com. We do not sell or ship physical merchandise through this website.
1. No physical shipping
DineNodo does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, courier tracking numbers, or delivery addresses required for assistant message credits or standard website purchases.
2. DineNodo Assistant message credits
When you buy prepaid message packs on /assistant/credits/:
- Delivery is electronic and immediate after successful payment.
- Credits are added to your logged-in DineNodo Assistant account (balance shown in the assistant and buy-credits pages).
- One credit allows one assistant reply about a restaurant menu on DineNodo.
- If payment succeeds but your balance does not update within a reasonable time, email support@dinenodo.com with your payment reference; our webhook and support team can reconcile delivery.
3. DineNodo Assistant account access
After sign-up, you must confirm your email before first login (where email confirmation is enabled). Access to the assistant is provided online at /assistant/ — no separate download is required.
4. Restaurant platform software
QR ordering, digital menus, and manager tools for restaurants are delivered as hosted software and configuration on DineNodo infrastructure (or as agreed in your contract). Onboarding timelines, training, and go-live dates are agreed when you move beyond complimentary access — see Pricing and Contact.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep dinenodo.com and the assistant available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or outages may delay access temporarily; prepaid credits remain on your account until used according to our terms.
